Another gym membership you don't use
You know you should strength train, but doing it alone never sticks.

Random workouts, no plan, no one checking your form, and no real reason to show up. It's no wonder most people drift off. Strength that lasts needs a plan, coaching, and a room that expects you.

  • You know strength matters as you age, but you don't have a real plan.
  • You've started and stopped more times than you can count.
  • A big commercial gym feels aimless or intimidating.
  • You're not sure you're training safely or effectively.
  • You train better with energy and people around you.
  • You want to feel strong and capable, not just tick a box.
  • You want to protect your strength, bones and independence for the long run.

Strength is one thing that protects your future
From your 30s on, strength and muscle fade a little every year you leave them alone

Train it properly and consistently, and you don't just hold the line, you get stronger and you keep what matters for the long run.

  • Strength and muscle decline with age unless you actively train them.
  • Progressive, coached strength training is the most proven way to keep you capable.
  • Strong muscles protect your bones, your joints and your balance.
  • The habit sticks when the training is programmed and you're not doing it alone.
  • It's never too late, and the best time to start is now.

Whatever your age or starting point, the right plan changes everything. The best time to build strength was years ago. The second best time is today.

  • Physiotherapy

"I've got a few niggles and I'm not sure where to start."

We assess your body, settle any niggles and clear the way, so you can train strong and safely from day one.

  • Strength & conditioning

"I want to get genuinely stronger, not just move around."

Progressive, properly loaded strength work, programmed and coached so you build real strength that shows up in your life.

  • Personal training

"I'd like a plan built for me."

Your initial 1:1 is with a physio, who maps a program for your body and goals before you start in the group.

  • Group training

"I train better with people around me."

The Lift for Life sessions are the heart of it: coached, programmed small-group strength with the accountability and energy of a mixed community.

  • Dietetics

"I want my nutrition to support the training."

A dietitian makes sure your nutrition backs up your strength work and your goals. Available as an optional add-on for an extra fee.

How it works

Three steps to strength that lasts

No guesswork and no signing up to something you're unsure about. Starting is simple, and you'll know exactly what happens next.

Step 1: Book your assessment

Start with a 1:1 physio-led assessment to understand your body, your history and your goals, and to map the program you'll train to.

Step 2: Start training

Join the coached Lift for Life group sessions as often as your membership allows, training to the plan built for you. Dietetics isn't included, but can be added for an extra fee if you want nutrition support.

Step 3: Keep lifting

Train week on week and watch your strength build, on a simple membership with no lock-in, so strength becomes something you keep for life.

Lift for Life FAQs

Answers to common questions about the classes, getting started and membership.

  • Yes. Lift for Life is open to everyone, any age and any starting point. It's coached strength training for every body.

  • Absolutely. Most people start here. Your 1:1 assessment sets the right starting point and everything is coached, so you build safely from wherever you are.

  • So your training is actually built for you. The initial 1:1 maps a program around your body, history and goals, and that's what you then train to in the group.

  • That depends on your membership: unlimited, or two sessions a week. You can also pay as you go with a 10-class pack.

  • You'll get genuinely stronger. The sessions are programmed and progressed, with coaching on your form and your load, so your strength builds session on session.

  • It is when it's physio-led, and that's the point. We assess you first and coach every session, so you train safely around anything that needs managing.

  • You don't have to overhaul anything. A dietitian is available as an add-on if you want your nutrition to support the training, but it's not required.

  • No referral needed. You can book your assessment directly.

  • No lock-in. You can pause or stop any time, and there's a 2-week intro if you want to try it first.
