Testimonials
As a new graduate Exercise Physiologist, one of the biggest challenges is putting together the information learnt over 4 years of study. Andrew's seminar was a game changer for me. He connects the dots between evidence based practice and clinical experience. The result is a concise and informative seminar which leaves you with a far clearer picture of the principles of strength and conditioning.

Andrew presented a great seminar discussing all the components of S&C relevant for therapists. I really enjoyed how he balanced the theoretical content with lots of practical examples. I couldn’t recommend this course more for any physio students wanting to learn more about exercise and rehab.
