How Does It Work?
You can gain access to 'Big & Strong' by clicking any 'Buy App Program' button on this page and follow the prompts.
Perform a 3 or 4 Day
Once you've bought the program, you'll have the option of training 3 or 4 days per week. We've made it 3-4 days to accommodate people with busy lives.
Some trainers think that their clients need to train 5 to 6 days per week to build strength and muscle mass. However, a well written, evidence based 3-4 day program will allow you to reach your goals without spending more than 4 days per week in the gym.
With a training frequency of 3-4 days per week and optimal nutrition, you can get big and strong and most importantly create sustainable habits that last a lifetime.
Every 6 Weeks
We adjust your training program every 6 weeks so that you can avoid plateaus and continue to grow.
