Why should you get enough sleep?
Posted by Nicholas Dang onSleep makes up a large proportion of our lives. If we assumed that you spent 8 hours per day sleeping or trying to sleep, then sleep would account for one-third of your lifetime; to put that into perspective, that would be 27 years if you lived 81 years.
With sleep being so time-consuming, it can be enticing to sacrifice it for other areas of your life.
