Extensive sport experience across AFL, golf, cricket, tennis, athletics & swimming

When you're recovering from an injury, who treats you decides how well you recover. Andrew Wild founded Wild Physio Fitness to give you the standard of care usually reserved for professional athletes, built on more than a decade of clinical experience and a career spent inside elite Australian sport.

As former Head Physiotherapist at the Sydney Swans Academy and Golf Fit Pro, Andrew has rehabilitated and worked with athletes across AFL, golf, cricket, tennis, athletics and swimming. That experience shapes how you're treated here: not with vague advice and open-ended 'maintenance', but with a clear assessment, an explanation you can follow, and a criteria-based plan that gets you back to what you love.

How Andrew works with you

Andrew is a qualified physiotherapist, strength and conditioning coach and nutrition coach, which means your recovery isn't handed between disconnected providers. You get one integrated plan that treats the cause of the problem, rebuilds the strength that prevents it returning, and fits sustainably into your life.
