About Nick

Nick Hay is an exercise scientist, personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach at Wild Physio Fitness. He also works as an allied health assistant, which means his training is informed by clinical rehabilitation, not just gym programming.

What Nick focuses on

Nick specialises in reducing injury risk in active people and athletes while still driving real performance gains. Whether you are returning from injury or chasing a strength goal, he builds training that pushes your capability without quietly raising your risk of a setback.

How Nick works with you

Nick's focus is to push your physical capabilities to their limits while keeping injury risk low, so your progress is steady and does not cost you time on the sidelines.
