WHAT YOUR BODY BIBLE COVERS
Not a program. Not a meal plan. A reference you'll come back to whenever you need to understand something properly.
400+ pages of evidence-based truth written by physiotherapists and dietitians - exposing the mainstream fitness myths that have been wasting your time, money, and results.
There's no shortage of fitness advice out there. The problem is most of it is wrong, outdated, or selling you something. Your Body Bible is what we give our clients when they want to actually understand their body - not just follow a plan.

MEET THE AUTHORS
Your Body Bible started as an internal resource - something we could point clients to when they came in with questions shaped by bad information. The goal was simple: give everyday people access to the same quality of information we'd give an elite athlete.
Physiotherapist, ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist
As a frequently injured young athlete, Andrew experienced first-hand the benefits of physiotherapy, which inspired his passion to pursue a career in the field. After graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, he went on to work with elite sporting teams and across a range of private practices, specialising in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
Exercise Physiologist and Exercise and Sports Scientist
Ryan is an Exercise Physiologist who balances clinical work at Longevity Exercise Physiology with academic work at Sydney University and semi-professional Aussie Rules football with the GWS Giants. He combines his learnings from both the clinical research and high performance environments to help a range of populations.
Exercise Physiologist and Exercise and Sports Scientist
Joa is a Physiotherapist whose passion in the field stems from a fascination in the human body and human performance. With a range of experience in elite and semi-elite sport in the rehabilitation and high-performance realms, Joa draws from these experiences to bring evidence based and well researched training principles used by the elite to the general population.
Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach
Nicholas is a physiotherapist with a passion for applying science to health and exercise. He helps individuals take control of their physical, mental and social wellbeing by building resilience through movement and sustainable lifestyle change.
Accredited Practising Dietician
Charlie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian whose passion for nutrition was born from a deep interest in optimising his own health and understanding the key factors that influence human performance and well-being. With experience working across both clinical and performance-focused settings, Charlie draws on a strong evidence base to support people in developing sustainable health behaviours.
