NDIS Physiotherapy in Neutral Bay to Build Strength, Mobility and Independence
NDIS physiotherapy is physiotherapy funded through your National Disability Insurance Scheme plan. It's linked to the goals in your plan, so the focus is on how you move and function day to day, not just a single injury.
At our Neutral Bay clinic, NDIS physiotherapy targets the things that make the biggest difference to your independence:
- Moving more easily and safely at home and in the community
- Building strength, balance and coordination
- Reducing pain, fatigue and falls risk
- Keeping up the work, hobbies and social life you value
Physiotherapy is a therapy support, and it's usually funded from your Capacity Building budget under Improved Daily Living.
We're an NDIS provider for self-managed and plan-managed participants, and we follow the NDIS Code of Conduct. Here's how it works:
- Self-managed: we invoice you, and you claim from your plan
- Plan-managed: we invoice your plan manager directly
- Your wider team: with your consent, we keep your support coordinator, OT or GP in the loop
If your plan is NDIA-managed, we can't claim from it, because we're not a registered provider. You can ask the NDIA about adding plan management to your plan, which lets you choose providers like us.
Getting started is simple, and you don't need a GP referral. This isn't a one-size-fits-all program. It's structured, progressive and built around your plan goals.
- Get in touch: book online or call us with your NDIS number, how your plan is managed and what you'd like to work on
- Service agreement: before your first session, we'll go through what's included, how sessions are billed and how we'll work together
- Initial assessment: a thorough look at your movement, strength, balance and daily function, and what you want to achieve
- Your program: hands-on treatment and exercise matched to your capacity, progressed as you improve
- Regular reviews: we reassess your progress and adjust your program so it keeps working towards your plan goals
The aim is simple: help you stay as strong, capable and independent as possible, for as long as possible.

-
Yes, when it relates to your disability and helps you work towards the goals in your plan. Physiotherapy is a therapy support and is usually funded from your Capacity Building budget under Improved Daily Living.
-
Yes, if your plan is self-managed or plan-managed. We're not a registered NDIS provider, so we can't see NDIA-managed participants.
-
Registered providers are approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can choose either, including unregistered providers like us, while NDIA-managed participants can only use registered providers. Every NDIS provider, registered or not, has to follow the NDIS Code of Conduct.
-
The NDIS sets a maximum hourly price for physiotherapy, which is $183.99 an hour for 2026-27. For plan-managed participants, we charge within that limit and your plan manager pays us from your plan. Self-managed participants pay us and claim from their plan. We'll confirm session lengths and fees in your service agreement before you start.

Dietetics can also be NDIS funded when it relates to your disability and goals. Our Accredited Practising Dietitian, Charlie Abra, works from the same clinic, so ask us about it when you book.
