Nicholas Dang is a physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach at Wild Physio Fitness, with a passion for applying science to health, exercise and rehabilitation.

He is also the primary author of the Wild Physio Fitness blog, where he translates research into practical advice on pain, injury, exercise and recovery.
