Nicholas Dang is a physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach at Wild Physio Fitness, with a passion for applying science to health, exercise and rehabilitation.

He is also the primary author of the Wild Physio Fitness blog, where he translates research into practical advice on pain, injury, exercise and recovery.

Nicholas helps people manage a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports pain and injuries, including back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain and persistent pain.

He has a special interest in knee pain and ACL rehabilitation, including helping people rebuild strength, confidence and physical capacity after injury. His approach focuses on clear education, practical advice and progressive exercise rehabilitation, with the aim of helping you return to the things that matter to you.
