More miles, same problems
You're running plenty, but you keep breaking down or stalling.

You add miles, chase the pace, and still the niggles come back or the times won't budge. The problem usually isn't your running. It's the body behind it, and the lack of a real plan.

  • You keep picking up the same injuries: shins, knees, Achilles or ITB.
  • You've plateaued on pace or distance and can't work out why.
  • You just run, with no strength work behind it.
  • You break down whenever you try to build your mileage.
  • You're training for an event and worried your body won't hold up.
  • You run the same loop at the same pace with no real plan.
  • You're getting slower or stiffer and you're not sure how to turn it around.

Miles alone won't get you there.
Strong runners are built in the gym as much as on the road.

Running more isn't the same as running better. The strength behind your stride is what makes you faster, more efficient and far more durable, and a smart, progressive plan is what turns effort into progress. That's hard to get right alone, and it's exactly what a physio-led, programmed approach gives you.

  • Most running injuries are strength and load issues, not bad luck.
  • Strength training is proven to improve running economy and cut injury risk.
  • A structured, progressive plan beats piling on junk miles.
  • The right strength work lets you build mileage without breaking down.
  • The longer you ignore the body behind the running, the more it holds you back.

Whether you're chasing a PB or just want to run pain-free for years, the right plan changes everything. The best time to build the engine was last season. The second best time is today.

  • Physiotherapy

"I keep getting the same niggles when I run."

We screen your gait and your body, find what's driving the niggles, and clear them before they cost you a season.

  • Strength & conditioning

"I run a lot but I'm not getting faster."

We build the strength and power that improves your running economy and durability, coached and safe so your body can handle the load.

  • Personal training

"I don't know how to train around my running."

Your weekly 45-minute session is one on one with a physio, built around your running, your body and your goals.

  • Group training

"I train better with others around me."

Small-group strength sessions built for runners, with the accountability of training alongside others chasing the same thing.

  • Dietetics

"I don't know how to fuel my training."

A dietitian makes sure you're fuelling the mileage and the strength work, managing your weight and keeping your energy steady.

How it works

Three steps to stronger running

No guesswork and no junk miles. Starting is simple, and you'll know exactly what happens next.

Step 1: Book your assessment

A physio-led session to screen your movement and your running, understand your history and goals, and map the plan and the running program you build from there.

Step 2: Start your 12 weeks

One 45-minute 1:1 physio-led session and two small-group strength sessions a week, a dietitian check-in every few weeks, plus your ongoing running plan, all built around you.

Step 3: Keep the results

Progress week on week, then roll into ongoing membership at the same rate, so the strength, speed and durability you build keep going.

Run Strong FAQs

Answers to common questions about training, running injury-free and getting started.

  • Yes, and it's the reason the program is physio-led. Most running injuries come down to strength and load, not bad luck. We assess your body and your gait, find what's actually driving the niggles, and build the strength and the plan to stop them coming back.

  • Strength work and smart programming are two of the most proven ways to improve running economy and durability, which is what lets you run faster for longer. How much depends on where you're starting and how consistently you train, and we progress your plan around that.

  • No. We work with everyone from parkrunners to marathoners. Your assessment meets you where you are, and the plan builds from there at a pace that suits you.

  • No. The strength work runners need builds power and durability, not bulk, and it improves your running economy rather than hurting it. We coach it specifically for runners.

  • Yes. Your running plan is built around your race and your timeline, with the strength work layered in so you arrive stronger and less likely to break down.

  • It is when it's physio-led, and that's the point. We assess any niggles or old injuries first, then build a program around them so you get stronger safely.

  • You don't have to overhaul anything. Our dietitian makes sure you're fuelling the mileage and the strength work and keeping your energy steady, in a way that fits your life.

  • No referral needed. You can book your assessment directly. If you have a plan or referral from your GP, bring it along and we'll factor it in.

  • It's $150 a week for the 12-week block, down from $230. There's no lock-in beyond the 12 weeks, and you can roll into ongoing membership at the same rate if you want to keep building.
