Once you've subscribed to Glute Group, you can choose to train 3 or 4 days per week. We've made it 3-4 days to accommodate people with busy lives.
With a training frequency of 3-4 days per week and optimal nutrition, you can build strength, get leaner and most importantly create sustainable habits that last a lifetime.
We adjust your training program every 6 weeks so you can avoid plateaus, gain confidence, optimise your body composition and look and feel great.
Learn how to perform every exercise with proper form and technique to maximise results and minimise injury. With physiotherapists as your trainers, you’ll gain expert guidance to train smarter and move better.
If you decide that the program isn't for you, you can easily cancel from within the app or by emailing andrew@wildphysiofitness.com.au
Once you cancel, you will no longer be charged for access to the app but you will lose all 'Big & Strong' program features after the month ends.

Yes, there is a desktop version available. When you download the app and create an account, you will be able to log in on a desktop from here: https://dashboard.mypthub.net/login
First, buy the program here. You'll be asked to enter your details and create an account when you purchase the program (you can do this on either desktop or phone).
Then, download the app called 'MyPTHub' on your mobile device. Open the app and sign in with the email and password you entered when purchasing your program.
You will then have access to everything you need in-app to get started.
