If your game's gone backwards or the niggles keep interrupting your season, it's usually not your technique. It's the engine behind it, and the lack of a real plan.
- You keep picking up the same niggles: shoulder, elbow, knees or back.
- You've lost pace on your serve and your groundstrokes.
- You fade late in matches and your last sets fall apart.
- You've stiffened up and your movement around the court has slowed.
- You put work in at the gym and none of it shows up on court.
- You're training for a comp and worried your body won't hold up.
- Your playing partners are hitting through you and you're not sure how to close the gap.
Playing more isn't the same as playing better. The strength and power behind your serve and your movement is what adds pace and keeps you on the court, and a smart, progressive plan is what turns effort into results. That's hard to get right alone, and it's exactly what a physio-led, programmed approach gives you.
- Most tennis injuries are strength and load issues, not bad luck.
- Power and rotational strength are what add pace to your serve and groundstrokes.
- Strength training is proven to cut injury risk and keep you on the court.
- Good movement and conditioning are what hold your game together late in a match.
- The longer you ignore the body behind your game, the more it holds you back.
Whether you're chasing a rating or just want to play well for decades, the right plan changes everything. The best time to build the engine was last season. The second best time is today.

How it works
Three steps to a stronger game
No guesswork and no random gym work. Starting is simple, and you'll know exactly what happens next.
Step 1: Book your assessment
A physio-led session to screen your movement, your power and any niggles, understand your game and your goals, and map the plan you build from there.
Step 2: Start your 12 weeks
One 45-minute 1:1 physio-led session and two small-group strength sessions a week, plus power and speed work for your game, all built around you. Dietetics isn't included, but can be added for an extra fee if you want nutrition support.
Step 3: Keep the results
Progress week on week, then roll into ongoing membership at the same rate, so the strength, power and durability you build keep going.

Answers to common questions about training, adding pace and getting started.
-
No. We stay out of your technique, that's your coach's territory. We build the strength, power and durability behind your game, so the work you do with your coach has a better body to work with.
-
Absolutely. Most of the people we work with play for the love of it and want to keep playing well for decades. You just need to want more out of your body on court.
-
That's exactly why the program is physio-led. We assess it first, build around it, and coach every lift so you get stronger safely. For a lot of players, this is what finally settles the joint down.
-
No. The strength work players need builds power and durability, not bulk, and it makes you faster and more explosive, not slower.
-
Power and rotational strength are two of the biggest drivers of racquet-head speed, so building them can add pace. How much depends on where you're starting and how consistently you train, and we build your program around that.
-
No. We start from wherever you are and build. The assessment sets the right starting point for your body.
-
Yes. Your plan is built around your calendar, so you arrive stronger and less likely to break down.
-
No referral needed. You can book your assessment directly.

It's $150 a week for the 12-week block, down from $230. There's no lock-in beyond the 12 weeks, and you can roll into ongoing membership at the same rate if you want to keep building.
