With the release of our September ’25 update, we wanted to remind everyone that we have online training programs available, which get updated every 6 weeks – this is great for anyone who can’t come to see us in the clinic.
Our current programs:
- Big & Strong – for people who want to build strength and muscle globally (programmed by Nicholas D.)
- Glute Group – for people who want to build strength and muscle, especially glutes (programmed by Mallee)
- Ultimate Athlete – for people who want to improve their athletic performance (programmed by Nick H.)
For example, this Big & Strong 6-week block is focused on chest, abs and quads:
- The 3-day program has 15 sets/wk on chest, 8 sets/wk on abs, and 13 sets/wk on quads.
- The 4-day program has 17 sets/wk on chest, 11 sets/wk on abs, and 15 sets/wk on quads.
